There is a new vendor on EBay selling an "E book" on how to beat the polygraph. For one easy payment of $19.95, he will show you how to beat any polygraph or CVSA examination. He has multiple listings and no takers so far. Anyone ever hear of this guy or know what his product is??? He lists his location as Kings Bay Georgia.
